That’s your choice! We show up and capture the home as it is, so whatever you want buyers to see should be ready when we arrive. Basic things like clearing counters, opening blinds, and turning on lights should be in order prior t our arrival—so the home photographs well, but we are unable to do most heavy lifting & room rearrangements or clearing of said rooms. Staging itself is your call, but we also feature limited virtual staging in your bundle
